About Justin

My name is Justin Legaspi and welcome to my life.

This is me!

I am 23 years old and graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts Management in the Summer of 2011.

Oh, how I wish that mustache was real.

I am currently working in a Basque restaurant in Seattle, Wa called, The Harvest Vine. I’ve been with the company for close to 3 years and I can’t even describe my time there. I am grateful for all of the people who have come and gone from the kitchen because they have helped shaped me into the chef that I am.

I have surrounded myself with some of the greatest people in my life, two of them being the most important people in my world, Staci, my girlfriend, and 2 year old daughter, Tegan!

I am very new to the world of blogging so this will be a very interesting journey for myself and all of you reading about myself. Thank you for investing your time into my life and I hope you all have a good time getting a look into who I am and how I work.

  2. Congratulations on winning and your adventure in San Sebastian. It has to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world–eat your heart out Paris–and the food is world class. It will be fun to follow your trip. One of my favorite bars in SS is A Fuego Negro. Drop in there soon and enjoy everything.
